Chiropractic treatment is based upon biological and physiological sciences that apply to all stages of life. It is an effective treatment for musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages including pregnant women and geriatric adults. The musculoskeletal system involves the bones, muscles, cartilage, tendons, joints, connective tissue, and nervous system. Exercises, nutritional and general health recommendations can also be provided to assist in the healing process.

OUR CLINIC IS STILL OPEN (By Appointment Only)…..
NO WALK-IN’s ALLOWED!
following the government of Alberta’s COVID-19 Recovery Plan, directives from Alberta Health Services (AHS), and the COVID-19 Pandemic Practice Directive provided by the Alberta College and Association of Chiropractors (ACAC).
The new normal is, if you are experiencing flu like symptoms, STAY HOME, self-isolate, and follow the information and self assessment tool available on Alberta’s COVID-19 website.
Huntington Chiropractic takes your health and safety very seriously. In addition to the already stringent rules of practice and conduct enforced by the ACAC, Huntington Chiropractic will be introducing additional COVID-19 protocols during the pandemic. The following is an overview of just some of the many measures being implemented:
The COVID-19 Vaccine Update:
Even with the introduction of the COVID-19 vaccines, patients and/or companions that have received the vaccine must still be pre-screened for symptoms prior to entering the clinic. The same rules apply whether you have been vaccinated or not. If you are found to have symptoms, you must self-isolate until your symptoms subside.
Some people may exhibit symptoms within 48 hours post-vaccination. As a precaution, people experiencing symptoms within 48 hours of vaccination should not be seen as they may have COVID-19. Additionally, if symptoms persist past 48 hours post-vaccination, Alberta Health Services requires COVID-19 testing. If symptoms subside and are COVID-19 negative, then you are eligible for chiropractic care.
Huntington Chiropractic is closely monitoring the rapidly changing conditions surrounding the COVID-19 situation. Frequently check our website for updates as the status of our clinic may change. We are focused on how we can continue to serve our patients in their time of need, while also being part of the solution. The one thing that will not change is our commitment to your health and well-being.
After reviewing the above information and wish to make an appointment, please contact us by clicking on this Pre-Screen Form or phone us @ 403-275-8567 and leave a message.
Thank you for your support, understanding, and patience during these extraordinary times.
